Statutory General Power of Attorney with Durable Provisions (New Mexico)

This is a statutory form, that is, it is provided in the New Mexico Statutes Annotated. By using this form, you can create a general, limited, or durable Power of Attorney. This form allows you to appoint an attorney-in-fact (agent) to make decisions regarding property, financial, business, insurance or other matters for you. This is a durable power of attorney, meaning that the agent's authority isn't terminated by your incapacity or disability.
