Revocation of Statutory General Power of Attorney (New Mexico)
This form is a revocation of the statutory power of attorney provided in Form NM-P010, which allows you to appoint an attorney-in-fact (agent) to make decisions regarding property, financial, business, insurance or other matters for you. You may revoke a power of attorney by a signed written instrument, such as this form. You must deliver a copy of the revocation to the agent and this form must be signed and notarized.
