Notice And Acknowledgment for deposit of Will by Client

This Notice and Acknowledgment is for an attorney to sign, acknowledging he/ she has accepted responsibility for their client's estate planning documents for safe keeping. The notice further states that said client must inform the attorney of any and all address changes. If the client does not inform the attorney of his/ her address changes, the attorney is no longer liable, or responsible, for the client's estate planning documents. (more...)
