Statutory Durable Power of Attorney (Colorado)

A power of attorney allows you to appoint an attorney-in-fact (agent) to perform certain specified acts on your behalf. This is a statutory form that allows you to specify limited or general powers and to provide that it remains effective if you become disabled. This form may be used to grant very broad powers, including the authority to make decisions regarding property, financial, business, banking and other matters.
