Lasting Power of Attorney Registration (UK)
A Lasting Power of Attorney Registration allows a donor or attorney to register a Lasting Power of Attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) and to notify attorneys of the registration. Once registered, the Lasting Power of Attorney comes into effect.
