Enduring Power of Attorney Registration (UK)
An Enduring Power of Attorney Registration allows an attorney to register an Enduring Power of Attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) when the donor shows signs of mental incapacitation. An Enduring Power of Attorney must be registered before it can be used.
